1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SheetDrops ("the Service"), operated by SheetDrops ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SheetDrops provides tools that allow users to connect Google Sheets to websites via REST APIs and embeddable visual widgets. The Service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

To use SheetDrops, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or other restrictions through any means including creating multiple free accounts
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent
• Use automated means to abuse or overload the Service

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you connect to SheetDrops through Google Sheets. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You are solely responsible for the data you display through SheetDrops embeds and APIs.

We access your Google Sheets data in read-only mode solely to serve it through our API and embed system. We do not modify your Google Sheets data.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

7. Subscription Plans and Payment

SheetDrops offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros and are subject to applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Plan Limits

Each plan has defined limits on the number of connections and monthly API requests. If you exceed these limits, additional requests may be rejected until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your connections and embeds will cease to function.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetDrops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
